Our Story

CRONAN was born from years of experience in some of Birmingham’s most acclaimed Michelin-starred kitchens, before we moved to France to work privately for ultra-high-net-worth clients across Europe. What began as a love for fine dining has grown into a bespoke catering and hospitality business, delivering unforgettable events in homes, chalets, and exclusive venues.

Our journey has taken us far beyond restaurants. We’ve cooked for families on a private island in the British Virgin Islands, designed dining experiences aboard yachts in the Bahamas, and delivered luxury chalet seasons in the French Alps. Wherever we go, our focus is the same: to create food and moments that leave a lasting impression.

Food is at the heart of what we do. Our approach is rooted in sustainability, using locally sourced ingredients and working hyper-seasonally to create menus that are both innovative and respectful of the land. Every dish tells a story of place and time.

CRONAN is more than food — it’s about people. We first met working together in a restaurant, and from that moment our strengths have complemented one another. In every project since, our teamwork has been at the core of our success.

Amy brings Michelin-level front-of-house expertise. She has led as restaurant manager and drinks director, while also running luxury chalets in the French Alps. She holds a Level 3 WSET qualification, specialises in cocktails, and ensures that every guest feels looked after with warmth and professionalism.

The name CRONAN itself carries deep meaning — it was Amy’s late grandfather’s name, making this venture especially personal. Every event we create is not just a showcase of food and hospitality, but also a tribute to the values of family, legacy, and connection.

Together, we built CRONAN to combine exceptional cuisine with flawless hospitality — two sides of the same coin. Whether it’s a private dinner, a luxury chalet season, or a grand event, our philosophy remains the same: elevate every detail and make every moment memorable.
